We make all the necessary preparations and handle all of the little details that are involved in planning a unique event from the beginning with our Full Event Package.
This service provides; planning the Aesthetics and personalized; event styling, color, and complete design locating the venue, planning and keeping a watchful eye on preparing the timeline, production schedule, and itinerary, helping formulate a budget and logistic management, suggesting and hiring Vendors, negotiations of all contracts, seamless event coordination, on-site set-up, and support, handling issues that may arise, plus much more.
PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING
Our partial event package is for those that have already begun to work for your special event, but still have some loose ends regarding design, style, color, and catering….and that’s when I come in. I’ll attend to every last detail so you can relax and focus on the event.. sounds good right? And enjoy the rest of the journey.
This service provides; tying together loose ends, becoming the point of contact, opening vendor communication to avoid countless emails and phone calls, preparing the timeline, coordinating on-site set-up, discussing style, design, catering, and handling issues that may arise.
